It is important that you read all the information below before completing the registration form.

In order to use the Digital Courthouse (DCH) system you must open an account with a username and password and provide some basic information about yourself. We promise not to pass this information along to other sources. When registering, you must use your real name and address for billing purposes.

On this page you select a User Name. This name is used to tell DCH who you are each time you visit the web site. Fill-out the form, then click the 'Submit' button. DCH will then check to see if your user name is already in use. If it is, you will be asked to resubmit the form using a different user name. Your user name must be at least 5 characters long and no longer than 20.

In addition to the User Name, you must also enter a password. The user name and password will allow you to enter and use Digital Courthouse. So be sure to write down your user name and password! Your password must be at least 5 characters long and no longer that 20. THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD ARE CASE SENSITIVE!!! So please check your cap locks to make sure you are using the case you intend to log on with.

# of Accounts for One Month: $100.00 per month per account

# of Accounts for Six Months: $150.00 per six months per account (this is the default).

Corporations can Fax a purchase order to (304) 872-8005 along with a printout of this form. CALL (304) 872-8007 for volume discounts with large numbers of users! Add 6% Sales Tax on all orders!!!
